RESERVATIONS
We are a high demand excursion and we book up very fast. We urge our customers to book early so they do not miss out! All reservations are on a first come first served basis. a 20% deposit is required to secure the date and the balance is due 14 days prior to the cruise date.
BAD WEATHER
At Okanagan Life Private Boat Charters safety is our top priority. All Bookings are subject to cancellation if there is bad weather. The captain reserves the right to determine whether the charter goes out. We will do our best to reschedule your outing or issue a full refund.
CANCELLATION
When you reserve a spot with us, we black out the date and time for your party. This means that no one else will be able to book for your requested date and time. For this reason, we require all cancellations to be made more than 7 days in advance for a 100% refund, so we can rebook your cancellation date and time with another party. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the excursion date are subject to forfeiture of your payment. There will be no refund for no shows.
